Nothing Really

Some of the stuff I ordered from Walmart.com is suppose to arrive here tomorrow. I have gotten over half of my Christmas shopping done so I think I deserve a friggin cookie. There’s this great book I want to get it’s called Do As I Say (Not As I Do) . I’m hoping to get it soon.

Really nothing to write about right now. Just trying to get ready for Christmas.

Remember that stray orange cat that was getting into our garbage well the damn thing wouldn’t go away. Squirting it with water, stomping my feet, and various other ways that us humans do to scare off an unwanted stray animal didn’t work. So I just started feeding it cause my thinking was if it wasn’t hungry it wouldn’t get into our garbage. Well I was feeding it for about a week and a half and then on Thursday afternoon we found it laying dead beside our house. It looked like it was sleeping, the poor thing. The only thing we could figure was that it had gotten into the big gray building beside our house and had eaten the rat poisoning that the owner of that old building had put in there to kill the mice. So Mike dug a hole and I placed the poor thing into a garbage bag and we buried it in our back yard. I feel so bad for that cat, all it was wanting was a good loving home. And I swear if I ever find out who is responsible for that cat I will kick the living shit out of them.

    Such is life.
And there is no such thing as cat with nine lives.

The cat died and you and Mike gave it a decent burial.

    Life goes on.

Worse things happen to humans everyday.

Your right, worse things do happen to humans everyday but that doesn’t mean I can not feel bad for the cat or that it’s ok that someone just tossed this animal out like an old shoe.

    Anywho, thanks for the comment!

Awwww, thats such a sad story. I hate people who are careless enough to leave things lying around where other animals or humans may come into contact with them. It’s nice to know you gave it a decent burial though.

I’m so sorry about the cat! Animals should never be left as strays because these bad things happen. Death like this is just as bad and sad as the death of a human…if we all started realizing that, there would be less and less strays. I’m glad you gave the sweetie a proper burial. Place a flower on her grave for me.
