I hear that coming soon we will be able to get porn on our cell phones. Are you kidding me? People have become that dependant on porn that they can’t leave the house without it? Well, if the person can not wait until they return home to view porn then maybe they shouldn’t be allowed out in public. Porn addiction is a very serious problem. It causes the lose of jobs, family, friends and have been a cause of many divorces. And her they are making it easier for these people to get a hold of it. Porn has taken over the Internet and is slowly creeping down to our children. I will give you a personal experience. When we first set our daughter up with her own screen name online we click the under 13 category since she is only 8. Since her screen name was in the under 13 category she couldn’t visit certen websites, which isn’t a problem right now since she visits the same children friendly sites every day and the computer is in the living room in plan sight of us. Any who, my step mom tried to email Raven a picture she took of her and it wouldn’t let her since Raven’s account was under 13. Which was fine, no big deal. But then she started receiving porn spam. Her inbox would be filled with at least 10 porn mail everyday. Stuff that in the subject would say “Hot Fucking Nurses Sucking Big Dick”. The spam controls would not stop them. I contacted AOL telling them about it and they said there was nothing they could do. What the fuck! I though making her account a 13 or under one wouldn’t let this stuff happen. Well, I was fed up and decided to change her account to an adult. It has been an adult account for over a year now and the only spam she gets is “Consolidate Your Debts” or “Home Loans”. I would rather her get that type of spam then the porn.
There seems to be no escaping porn. It’s everywhere, both soft and hard core. I don’t have a problem with porn but if I wanted to see it I would rent a porn movie. I don’t want to see it everywhere I look. Hell, my husband and I sell adult toys and novelties online but we don’t shove our site down anyone’s throat (hey it’s a post about porn, you got to know something dirty was going to be said). My problem with it is it is becoming obtrusive into everyday life. People should show some modesty.
Mike and I have an understanding, we don’t do anything that we wouldn’t do if our spouse was standing right there. Mike has one porn magazine from 1994 upstairs in a box and I have one Ewan McGregor movie that shows his huge light saber. 🙂

December 15, 2005 at 4:31 pmApparently it’s been going on for quite a while now, because my friend likes to download porn onto his cellphone. He tried to show me stories, videos, pictures, etc. I, for one, am not into porn at all, but the mere fact that not only ringtones and screensavers can be downloaded into cell phones is a scary thought. Porn, of all things!

December 17, 2005 at 3:35 pmThat’s so weird, just last night I had a dream that I looked at my cellphone and I was getting bombarded by pornography pictures and videos. And I hadn’t read your post on it..
You have to tell me which movie Ewan McGregor is in with his “huge light saber” hahaha!

December 19, 2005 at 12:18 pmI just wrote about this the other day. There are no parental controls on things like cellphones and PSPs and people are buying them for their kids, giving them free access to porn. Scary.
Hi! Came here via BE. We seem to have a few things in common, too.
