In an effort to help Idaho Sen. Larry Craig, the American Civil Liberties Union is arguing that people who have sex in public bathrooms have an expectation of privacy.
You have got to be kidding me?! I’m not really surprised though, after all the ACLU is the same group who defend NAMBLA and child pornography. But it still boggles the mind. The whole point of having sex in a public bathroom is the excitement of getting caught. And who the hell goes to a public bathroom and thinks they have the right to privately have sex in there? Come on people! What about the rights of those people who are using the PUBLIC restroom for it’s intended purpose to not have to see or hear other’s having sex? Oh, that’s right. The ACLU doesn’t give two shits about those people.

How disturbing is it for people to be having sex in one bathroom stall and someone to be taking a crap in the next one over? People are horrid at times..haha. And people who actually approve of such behavior are just psychotic. :rbno:
