Saturday morning we awoke to a blanket of snow covering everything and it being colder then a witch’s tit. Which, most any other day, it would be a mere nuisance but for Saturday it was a major pain in the ass. See, Raven and I was in the Christmas parade last night for the doctors office that I work at. And it was going to be held on Saturday . . . at night . . . when it was the coldest. Needless to say, we were all freezing our asses off! Raven, on the other hand, got to ride inside the nice warm truck and throw candy out the half way rolled down window while the rest off use walked in the freezing cold. I took a few pictures but then my fingers stop working correctly cause of how cold it was. So I said screw it and put then camera away. I didn’t even bother to bring my SLR cause I knew it was going to be too freaking cold. I used Raven’s little point and shoot.

December 9, 2009 at 11:48 pmHey Manda! I finally found your blog…thought you had stopped keeping one! I’m gonna try to catch up on your past posts; quickly went through the first page so far. I totally understand about your job; and what better than having a job you can do from home? That is friggen amazing. Probably scary at first quiting a stable job, but in the long run you will probably be a lot happier.
And yes, snow is only good when you can stay inside under a warm blanket with the heat cranked all the way up! Ohh…and cocoa. Lots and lots of cocoa!
Hoping things start looking up for you Manda, you deserve nothing but happiness. It’s a shame that life throws such shit at people, but I honestly believe that we deal with things for some type of reason. Things can’t always be bad, there will be a break for you, Manda!
