Pro Exercising

Last week I started performing the daily exercises again. I took a few months off (actually, I got lazy) and have been regretting it ever since. Even though I have done the not eating thing to lose weight, I honestly feel like dieting is a bunch of bullshit (along with those ads for the best weight loss supplement) and you need to actually exercise. I know I feel so much better mentally and physically when I do my daily exercises.
