My last post talked a little about battling weight. A few years ago when I was at my heaviest (220 pounds) I tried Appetite suppressant diet pills. They, however, did nothing for me. My eating seemed to come from being bored (since I would eat just to have something to do with my hands and mouth) and not from being hungry. Maybe I was lacking something as well and found comfort in food. I’m no psychologist so I truly do not know the reasons. Anyway, do you eat for more than just stopping hunger pains?
