10th Wedding Anniversary

Thursday (December the eighth) was my husband and mine’s 10th wedding anniversary (we dated for 6 years before getting married). Opting to stay home instead of spending money, we spent the day watching the original The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo and The Girl Who Played With Fire. Both great movies! Mike liked them even though we watched it with the original Swedish language and English subtitles (the only way I will watch foreign moves since I hate HATE English dub). He says he would prefer not to read while watching movies but knowing my intense hatred for voice dubbing (I keep focusing on the lips since they do not match up to the words and cannot pay attention to the movie) he let me have it my way LOL. We didn’t get to watch the final movie in the trilogy though and are hoping to finish it this weekend. Even though we didn’t do anything exciting, I still enjoyed myself and I think Mike did too. Happy Anniversary, Mike! I love you and am looking forward to spending the rest of my life with you.

    Happy anniversary! 😀
I liked the movies too (I’m Swedish, no need for subs!) and I’m looking forward to see the American movies as well 🙂

Congratulations again 🙂 I have only read the first book in the dragon tattoo series and so I have only seen the first movie. Honestly, I didn’t even know they made movies for the other 2 LOL. Does it have the same actors? Because I thought they all did an amazing job. And I have to admit that I watched with the english dubs LOL. I was too lazy at the time read the subtitles. I was cross stitching while watching the movie and so I was mainly listening and only looking up for fleeting glances. That way the miss match of audio to lips didn’t bother me. 🙂 I will have to get my butt in gear and read the other two books so I can see the remaining movies.

Hey Manda!!! How are you girlie? Congratulations on your guys’ 10th wedding anniversary! How exciting is that? You look amazing and younger then he does. But that doesn’t mean anything. :). Btw, this is Jamie from hobscotch.com remember I had emailed you with my new domain? (I think I emailed you with it?). Anyway, this is my new domain for the next year, or more. Take care and I do hope you guys to get to watch that third movie! I’ve never heard of them, but they sound interesting just from the titles and in Swedish too no less!!!
