My laptop died on me the other day. Yep. The second time in a year. My hard drive went to crap. So I have probably lost all the software, pictures, music, movies and other important items that I had stored on there. Now I am left with the decision to try to get it fixed or just buy myself a desktop instead. I have Gateway!

It’s no shock to anyone that reads my blog that I sometimes do paid posts. It brings in a little extra income and it gives me a chance to get some cash for doing something that I enjoy. The sponsored conversation is pretty much just like word of mouth. The only real difference is you are getting paid to give your insight to the product, service or company. And really, where is the harm in that?

Unless you have been leaving under a rock for the past few years then I am sure you have heard about PayPerPost and SocialSpark.

What you may not know is that their parent company, IZAE, is holding their 2nd annual IZEAFest.

IZEAFest is a Blogging Conference that brings bloggers, advertisers and other internet savvy people and companies together. This year it is being held at Sea World Orlando! The 4 day event is full of conferences and seminars with guest speakers such as Ted Murphy and Julia Roy. With the last day being a full on take over of Sea World!

Of course I would love to be one of the lucky ones but I will not be in attendance. Money is just too tight right now.
